Turbocharger & fuel injector specialists in North Hills, Los Angeles

Rebuilds, repair, and diagnosis — machine-shop work, not parts swapping. Every unit runs on our test equipment before it leaves, with you watching. You don't take our word for it. You watch it pass.

Other shops send us the work they can't do in-house.

What we do

Four things, done to spec

Turbochargers

Diagnosis, repair, full rebuild and remanufacture, or a new unit supplied — gas and diesel, stock and performance.

  • Complete turbo rebuilds and remanufacturing
  • Variable geometry (VGT/VNT) service
  • Wastegate and actuator calibration
  • CHRA / cartridge replacement
  • Shaft and compressor wheel balancing
  • Housing machining
  • Oil feed and coolant line work

Superchargers

Roots, twin-screw, and centrifugal — rebuilt, sealed, and set up correctly.

  • Full supercharger rebuilds
  • Rotor pack service
  • Bearing and seal replacement
  • Snout rebuilds

Fuel injectors

Gasoline — port and direct injection — and diesel, serviced as a matched set, not one at a time.

  • Ultrasonic cleaning
  • Flow testing and calibration
  • Injector rebuilds
  • Nozzle and seal replacement
  • Balance-rate matching across the set

Diagnosis

If you're not sure what's wrong, start here. We test before we recommend anything.

  • Boost leaks
  • Overboost and underboost codes
  • Smoking and oil consumption
  • Turbo whine and shaft play
  • Injector knock and misfires

How it works

How a unit goes through this shop

  1. Intake & diagnosis

Tell us what it's doing. We test the unit, tell you what actually failed, and give you a number before any work starts. If a rebuild doesn't make sense, we say so.

  2. Teardown & inspection

Complete disassembly. Every part is measured against spec, and you get told what's worn, what failed, and why it failed.

  3. Machining & parts

Housings machined true. Journals, bearings, seals, and wheels that are out of spec get replaced, not polished and reused.

  4. Assembly

Built clean, torqued to spec, clearances set and checked.

Step 5 of 6

You watch it run.

Before any unit leaves this shop, it's balanced and tested on our own equipment — with you standing next to the machine. The shaft spins up, the numbers come in, and you see it pass before you pay. Not a promise on paper: a part you watched work. And if something's wrong afterward, you bring it back and we make it right.

  1. Back in your hands

Install it yourself, have us install it, or we ship it back to your shop ready to bolt on.

The shop

Who works on your vehicle

George Bedrosean Master technician & owner

Your unit doesn't get handed around. George does the diagnosis, the machining, the assembly, and the testing — one set of hands from teardown to the test stand — and he'll walk you through what he found in plain language.

The referral that says the most: other repair shops send their turbo and injector work to this bench when it's beyond what they do in-house.

Training & credentials

George holds formal training and specialty credentials in turbo and fuel system work.

Common questions

What does a rebuild cost compared to a new turbo?

It depends on what failed. A rebuild is usually a fraction of the price of a new OEM unit, but a cracked housing or a destroyed wheel changes the math. We diagnose first, tell you exactly what's wrong, and give you a number before any work starts. If a rebuild doesn't make sense for your unit, we'll say so and quote you a replacement instead.

How long does a turbo rebuild take?

It depends on the unit and on parts availability. Common Duramax, Power Stroke, Cummins, and European units move fastest because parts are easy to get. You get a real timeline when you drop the unit off — not a guess — and we call you if anything changes it.

Do I need to remove the turbo myself, or can you do it?

Either. If you can bring us the unit on a bench, that's the fastest and cheapest route. If not, bring the vehicle — we handle removal and installation at the shop. Shops and fleets usually send just the unit.

What happens if it fails after I get it back?

You bring it back and we make it right. Every unit leaves this shop only after it has been balanced and tested on our own equipment with you watching, so you already saw it run correctly before you took it home. If something goes wrong after that, we stand behind the work — return it and we'll handle it.

Do you work on my engine?

If it has a turbocharger, a supercharger, or fuel injectors, almost certainly. We work on gas and diesel, domestic and European — Duramax, Power Stroke, and Cummins trucks, BMW, Audi, VW, Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, and performance builds. If you don't see your platform on this page, call and ask. The answer is usually yes.

Do you do diesel injectors?

Yes. Diesel injectors are core work for this shop: ultrasonic cleaning, flow testing, calibration, rebuilds, nozzle and seal replacement, and balance-rate matching across the set. We do gasoline injectors too, both port and direct injection.

Can other repair shops send you work?

Yes, and many do. If your shop doesn't rebuild turbos or service injectors in-house, send them here. Drop off or ship the unit, we do the work and test it on our equipment, and you get it back ready to install. Call to set up shop-to-shop terms.

Do you take fleet accounts?

Yes. Work trucks are a big part of what comes through this shop, and downtime is money. Call (818) 272-6527 and ask about fleet arrangements — we can plan around your schedule and keep your trucks moving.
